Positions We Typically Hire For

Landscape Crew Members

Entry-level to experienced installers who work on hardscape and softscape projects. Physical fitness, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential. Experience with interlocking pavers, retaining walls, or garden installation is an asset.

Experienced landscapers who can manage a crew, communicate with clients, and oversee projects from start to finish. Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and a minimum of 3 years of landscaping experience are required.

Design Consultants

Client-facing professionals who conduct site consultations, develop project plans, and guide homeowners through the design process. A background in landscape design, horticulture, or a related field is preferred.

Initial Conversation

Working Interview

For field positions, we invite qualified candidates to join a crew for a paid working day. This gives both of us a chance to see if the fit is right.

Welcome to the Team

Successful candidates receive a formal offer, complete safety training, and are paired with an experienced team member for onboarding.

Career Questions

Not necessarily. For crew member positions, we value reliability, physical fitness, and a willingness to learn. We provide on-the-job training and mentorship. For project lead and design positions, relevant experience is required.
During peak season (April through November), crew members typically work Monday to Friday, starting early morning. Overtime and occasional Saturday work may be available. Winter schedules vary based on snow management contracts and off-season project availability.
Yes. We provide all tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment required for the job. You are expected to arrive with appropriate work attire, including steel-toed boots.
