How We Structure Payments

Milestone-Based Payments

For most projects, payments are tied to completion of key phases: deposit upon contract signing, a mid-project payment after base preparation is complete, and a final payment after your walkthrough and approval. You only pay as value is delivered.

Extended Payment Plans

For larger projects, we can arrange extended payment schedules that spread costs over a longer period. Terms are discussed during your consultation and customized based on your project scope and budget.

Multiple Payment Methods

We accept cheques, e-transfers, bank drafts, and major credit cards. Choose the method that works best for you. All payment terms and accepted methods are confirmed in your project contract.

We can connect you with reputable lending partners who offer home improvement financing. Terms, rates, and eligibility are determined directly between you and the lender. We are happy to provide the documentation they require to process your application.
If you need to pause a project, we will work with you to find a reasonable timeline for resumption. Cancellation terms, including any applicable charges for work completed and materials ordered, are outlined in your contract in accordance with Ontario consumer protection regulations.
No. Your approved quote includes all costs: materials, labour, equipment, permits, delivery, and site cleanup. If an unforeseen site condition arises during installation, we discuss it with you and provide a written change order before any additional work or cost is incurred.

Ontario Consumer Protection

All Lush Landscape service agreements comply with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002. You are entitled to a 10-day cooling-off period on contracts signed at your home. Full contract terms, including cancellation rights, are provided in writing before any work begins.
