This Oak Ridges estate sits on a large lot with mature trees, extensive gardens, and a long driveway. The homeowner wanted a professional lighting system that would serve three purposes: enhance the property's evening beauty, improve safety along walkways and the driveway, and provide security illumination around the home's perimeter.

We designed a multi-zone system with 28 individual fixtures across the property. The driveway features 8 low bollard path lights spaced evenly along both sides, providing safe navigation without glare. The home's facade is illuminated by 6 uplights that highlight the stone and architectural details. The front garden receives 4 accent spots on specimen plantings, and 2 tree canopy lights illuminate the mature oaks from below. The rear yard includes 4 step lights on the patio, 2 pergola downlights, and 2 security floods on motion sensors at the garage corners.

All fixtures are solid copper construction that develops a natural patina over time, complementing the estate's established character. The system runs on two multi-tap transformers with a smart controller that adjusts schedules seasonally and integrates with the home's WiFi for smartphone control. Total power consumption for all 28 fixtures is under 400 watts, demonstrating the efficiency of modern LED landscape lighting.
